One UI 7.1 Is Under Development for Galaxy S25 Series
Samsung is working on three One UI software updates simultaneously, including One UI 6.1.1, One UI 7.0, and maybe One UI 7.1. Yes! You read that right. One UI 7 has yet to arrive, and Samsung has already started One UI internal testing for the Galaxy S25 series, as the report says.

Apart from these two software versions, Samsung started One UI development for the forthcoming Galaxy S25 series, which is supposed to debut earlier next year. The company is highly expected to debut One UI 7.1 with the Galaxy S25 series, which will bring dozens of more advanced and new features.
The latest test firmware for the Galaxy S25 series’ US variants was spotted on CheckFirm. The report reported that the Galaxy S25 series’ devices are listed with the specific model numbers SM-S938U, SM-S936U, and SM-S931U. Noticeably, the latest test firmware has a PDA build version ending with AXH4.
The awaiting One UI 7 beta program has been delayed to September. On the other side, Samsung is actively developing new firmware for its forthcoming Galaxy S25 series. It will be interesting to see exactly when the brand will release the One UI 7 beta since there’s no official clue yet regarding the update.
