Samsung One UI 7.0 Still In Development, New Firmware Spotted
Samsung is gradually taking steps toward its next major iteration, the Android 15-based One UI 7. Now a new test firmware is spotted on the servers, suggesting an active process.
Even before any official revelation, the One UI 7 beta date was released multiple times, but unfortunately, everything went wrong since the beta program has yet to be opened. The reason behind the delay seems to be to polish the beta version to prevent beta users from having a having a buggy experience.
Currently, a new One UI 7 internal test build for the Galaxy S24 series has been spotted on the official server. However, for so long, multiple One UI 7 internal test builds for various Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S23, and a few Galaxy A series, have already been spotted on the servers.
The latest One UI 7 internal test build carries a dedicated firmware version of S928BXXU3BXH8. Meanwhile, the previous spotted build carried a firmware version that ended with BXH4. It’s being speculated by a well-reliable tipster, Tarun, on X, who shared a post revealing the latest test build.
Somewhere, the new test build suggests active progress. Recently, it’s been reported that the brand could open the One UI 7 beta in mid-September. The brand will open the beta program in particular regions, including South Korea, China, Germany, India, Poland, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
Transparently, the company is actively working on One UI 7, but still, this occurrence doesn’t point out anything about how close the upcoming One UI 7.0 update is to being complete.
