Samsung has released the August 2024 security update to the Galaxy A55 5G models. The latest update brings the most significant Circle to Search feature alongside receiving some key improvements, performance optimizations, stability and reliability, and other relevant enhancements.
The August 2024 security update is rolling out for the Galaxy A55 5G units in countries, including Brazil and Guatemala, while the update will follow in other regions soon.
The update for the Samsung Galaxy A55 units has arrived with the A556EXXU4AXH2 version and packs an update size of 892.58 MB.
Meanwhile, this update brings the most significant Circle to Search feature that allows users to easily access the information that’s displayed on the screen in the form of a text or an image without switching applications. Just tap and hold the Home button or the navigation bar, then make a circle around the text or image to begin Google Search.
In addition, the update further integrates more improvements to the device’s security that significantly improve the overall security while also protecting the device from several external attacks. It also includes several bug fixes, new and enhanced features, device stability, and other relevant improvements to the device’s functionality.
Moreover, this in turn provides a more safe, secure, stable, and optimized performance to the users. With that, users can now update their devices with this update when it’s available on their devices.
