Samsung is about to conclude the process of rolling out the August 2024 security update to its Galaxy devices, while some models are still getting the update in some regions. Meanwhile, the Galaxy M14 and Galaxy A22 5G are currently receiving the update in several countries.
The August 2024 security update for the Galaxy M14 carries the M146BXXS6CXH1 version and is now live in several countries, including Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Malaysia, and India.
On the flip side, the Galaxy A22 5G is also receiving the same update that comes with the A226BXXSADXH1 and is getting the update in European countries like Germany, France, and the United Kingdom.
This update aims to deliver some significant improvements to the device’s security while also protecting the device from several external attacks, which in turn offers a more safe and secure environment to the users.
In addition, the update further fixes some known issues, brings key enhancements to the device’s functionality, applies the most latest security patch, and delivers new features alongside several performance optimizations and stabilizations to provide a more stable and optimized software experience to the users.
