Samsung launches Galaxy M05 with 50MP camera in Indian market

Samsung debuted its affordable smartphone named the Galaxy M05 in India. The device features a decent design, excellent specifications as per budget, and a classy colour option. Let’s take a closer look at the specifications. 

The Galaxy M05 dimensions measure 168.8 x 78.2 x 8.8 mm. It weighs 195 grams. The body is built of glass front, plastic back, and plastic frame. 

The newly launched Galaxy M05 features a 6.7-inch HD+ display with 720 x 1600 pixels resolution. It has a dual camera setup, including a 50MP wide and 2MP depth camera. An 8MP camera is housed on the front side for selfies. The brand has powered it with a Mediatek Helio G85 chipset.

The memory package includes 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It features a 5000mAh battery with 25W wired charging support. It runs Android 14 out of the box. The brand will offer two major Android upgrades. 

The Galaxy M05 is exclusively available only in one colour variant, a sleek Mint Green colo option. If you are looking forward to your new budget phone, you can go with the newly launched Galaxy M05. It will be available on Amazon, Samsung.com, and at select retail stores. The official listing price of the smartphone is INR 7999 for Indian consumers. 

Apart from this, the company is also looking forward to introducing more next-generation Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy S24 FE and the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition. The Galaxy S25 series is also in line to make its debut in early 2025.
