Samsung to Address Galaxy S24 Ultra Expert RAW Telephoto Camera Bug in Next Software Update
The Samsung ecosystem consists of a good deal of apps and services that significantly offer users a more enhanced experience. Meanwhile, like other Galaxy apps, Expert Raw is an incredible service that allows Galaxy users to improve their device’s camera functionality. But recently, several Galaxy S24 Ultra users have been facing certain issues within the Expert RAW while using the telephoto lens, to which Samsung confirms to fix this situation with the upcoming update.
Galaxy users, especially the Galaxy S24 Ultra owners, have shared that they have been facing certain issues while capturing pictures using Expert RAW with the telephoto camera in auto mode. To which Samsung confirmed to fix this inconvenience with the next Expert RAW update.
While taking Expert RAW photos with the telephoto camera in the auto mode, the users have noticed that the pictures are over-highlighted with the white lines appearing around the subject, which eventually makes the entire picture look awkward. Alongside, the colour of the sky seems to be very uneven and layered.
Also, the user further highlighted that the photos taken are not edited at all. Therefore, Samsung stated a reply where it highlighted that this inconvenience is caused due to the photos taken in a single frame with the phone in an overheated stage. Meanwhile, the company further confirmed to prevent this issue again while also making sure that the multi-frame processing is always turned on.
Henceforth, the issue of Expert RAW photos with telephoto cameras in auto mode has already been analysed and will be fixed with the next Expert RAW update.
