One UI 6.1.1 Update Upgrades Audio Equalizer for Enhanced Sound Experience
Samsung is aggressively expanding its Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1 update to more Galaxy devices. The company silently enhanced the audio equalizer with the One UI 6.1.1 update.
Samsung released a dedicated changelog for its One UI 6.1.1 update to inform about all the changes and improvements the update brings. However, the company does not mention a notable upgrade in audio equalizer.
The One UI 6.1.1 update brings an upgrade to Galaxy’s audio equalizer to enhance the sound experience. A tipster, Tarun Vats, on X, shared regarding the update. Without any notification, Samsung offers a few new features to the audio equalizer.

The new preset system in the Galaxy S24 Ultra is now based on chips instead of radial selectors. This permits for larger sliders and provides a brief description of the selected preset. One UI 6.1.1 brings new names for equalizer options, including smooth, clear, bass boost, dynamic, and treble boost. This should be beneficial for users to optimize their listening experience while keeping terminology synced across multiple device types.
