Galaxy S25 Ultra to Feature Massive RAM Upgrade

The Samsung Galaxy S25 series is the coming revolution in the tech industry. The ultra variant of the series, the Galaxy S25 Ultra, is highly anticipated to bring a massive upgrade in memory package as it will feature 16GB of RAM. 

Samsung is actively gearing up to launch its next-generation flagship series, the Galaxy S25, which will include, as usual, three variants: Base, Plus, and Ultra. 

The company will debut the Galaxy S25 series as the successor of the Galaxy S24. It is looking forward to upgrading the RAM for the coming Galaxy S25 Ultra. A reliable tipster, Ice Universe, on X, shared a post suggesting that “The S25 Ultra will definitely have a 16GB RAM version; this is 100% confirmed.” 

Usually, Samsung offers 12GB of RAM to its Galaxy S series devices. Let’s take an instant look at the previous model’s RAM. 

• Galaxy S24 Ultra: up to 12GB of RAM 
• Galaxy S23 Ultra: up to 12GB of RAM 
• Galaxy S22 Ultra: up to 12GB of RAM 

Now it seems that it is all set to introduce a massive upgrade by offering 16GB of RAM to its coming Galaxy S25 Utlra. However, Samsung has yet to announce this officially. Recently, it was also reported that the Galaxy S25 Ultra may debut with the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
