Samsung’s Next Update to Fix Dual Messenger Compatibility with One-Hand Operation+

Samsung is gearing up to expand the ways of its One Hand Operation by offering Dual Messenger support with the coming updates.
Several Samsung Galaxy users reported that they are going through a frustrating issue while using the Dual Messenger and One Hand Operation simultaneously. It seems quite inconvenient for users who want to use different accounts on applications.
Finally, the company acknowledged the issue and is now gearing up for a solution to easily switch between accounts. The issue particularly arises while opening the Dual Messenger version of KakaoTalk using gestures on the One Hand Operation app; automatically, the original KakaoTalk opens instead.
Regarding this issue, the Samsung community moderator has confirmed that the One Hand Operation + app does not support running the Dual Messenger app at the time. This is the reason users are unable to switch between the two apps.
The moderator also confirmed that the team is actively looking forward to the possibility of adding support for Dual Messenger in future updates of the One Hand Operation + app. However, he hasn’t revealed the exact timeline for when Samsung will release an update to offer Dual Messenger support.
However, it’s expected that the update will be released, and it will make it easier to use both Dual Messenger and One Hand Operation together. With the coming update, users will get a better option and more controlling power to manage their messaging applications.
