The October 2024 security update for Galaxy S21 FE is now available in Europe

The October 2024 security update is now available for the Galaxy S21 FE in Europe. Right after the US market, Samsung is now pushing the update to European countries, including Germany. The update doesn’t bring any major changes or features and is just a bug-fixing patch.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has the G990BXXSAGXJ1 firmware version and measures 342.24 MB.

Being a minor security patch, it brings some significant improvements to the device’s security, resolves several known issues, and fixes certain bugs and other flaws while also fixing all the security-related vulnerabilities in order to offer a more safe and secure experience to the users, all while keeping their devices safe from external harms.

In addition, the update further adds various enhancements to the device’s overall functionality, brings stability to the system behavior, adds performance optimizations, applies the latest security patches, and delivers much improved features that help to have a more smooth, stable, and optimized experience for the users.

Moreover, Samsung is rolling out the update for the Galaxy S21 FE users currently in European countries, while the update will be expanded to more eligible regions shortly.
