Samsung has yet to launch the standard Galaxy S25 series, while a report already started teasing another variant called the Galaxy S25 Slim.

Samsung Might Launch Ultra-Thin Galaxy S25 Slim

Samsung is supposed to debut the Galaxy S25 series in early 2025, which will include the regular three variants: the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. Apart from these variants, the company is also looking forward to introducing one more model under the same series called the Galaxy S25 Slim.

Now a new report from ETNews suggests that the Korean tech giant is working on debuting a slim variant of the Galaxy S25, especially for the customers who prefer a slimmer phone. Reportedly, the company could introduce the latest and very first S-series smartphone under the title Slim, named Galaxy S25 Slim, by the end of next year.

Similarly, Apple is introducing a slimmer iPhone 17 and positioning it as an efficient innovation in the tech industry. This means that 2025 could be a struggling year for Apple and Samsung as they both could compete over forthcoming Slim smartphones.

It seems that Samsung is trying to test the market response with the slim version first, and in case it results in high user interest, a design change could even be considered for the Galaxy S26 series, which is supposed to debut in 2026.

If this report comes true, then the Galaxy S25 Slim will be the first device in the Galaxy S-series family to have the slim title.
