Galaxy S24 and Tab S7 FE gain the November 2024 security update in Europe
Samsung has finally wrapped up the previous October 2024 security update rollout and has finally begun delivering the new November patch to the Galaxy smartphones, beginning from its most renowned S series. Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy S24 series started getting the November update alongside Galaxy Tab S7 FE in Europe.
Right after delivering the November security patch to the Galaxy S24 series in the US, Samsung started pushing for the update of flagship phones in European countries.
Meanwhile, the new November 2024 security update is now available for the Samsung Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra come with the S926BXXS4AXI8, S926BXXS4AXI8, and S9288XXS4AXJB firmware versions, while carrying an update size of 482.12 MB.
Alternatively, the Galaxy Tab S7 FE is also getting the same update and has the T736BXXS7DXJ1 version number; however, the device has already received the update in Samsung’s home country, South Korea.
While Galaxy fans are waiting for the details of the new November 2024 security patch, Samsung has already started rolling out the update to the eligible Galaxy devices in some major regions. In contrast, the latest update is a minor security patch that significantly brings several key improvements to the overall security of device to offer a safe user experience all while keeping the device safe from external harms.
In addition, the update further adds certain relevant enhancements to the overall functionality as well that improves system stability and brings performance optimizations. Henceforth, Samsung is currently distributing the November update for Galaxy S series in major countries like South Korea and the US, while it will follow the other eligible regions and devices shortly.
