Samsung Galaxy XCover 8 Pro’s battery surfaced on BIS certification
Samsung is developing a brand new rugged device named the Galaxy XCover 8 Pro as it surfaced online, making its existence confirmed.
Earlier this year, Samsung debuted the Galaxy XCover 7 in February. Now it is looking forward to expanding the series by introducing a new Galaxy XCover 8 Pro in India. The next-generation device is spotted online on Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certifications.
According to the certification, the device could be released in India soon. The battery of the forthcoming Galaxy XCover 8 Pro is spotted on the BIS website with the dedicated model number EB-BG766GBY. Apart from the existence of the device and battery’s model number, the certification listing does not reveal more details regarding the device.
However, the device is expected to bring countable upgrades as compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy XCover 6 Pro. The company launched its XCover lineup, known for rugged durability and military-grade certifications.
For now, the specification of the device is not confirmed, but it’s expected that the company will offer more great specifications and a brand new design. The current Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro features a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a refresh rate of 20 Hz. It is powered by a Snapdragon 778G paired. The memory package includes 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It remains to be seen exactly what new novelties the next-gen Galaxy XCover 8 Pro will bring.
