One UI 7.1 to Introduce Major AI-Powered Features for Samsung Users

Samsung, even after taking enough time to release One UI 7, is planning to offer major Galaxy AI features with Android 15-based One UI 7.1 instead of One UI 7.0.

The Samsung One UI 7 beta program is highly anticipated to start next week, but before it goes live, the latest report already ditched the high expectations from the update since it’s not bringing major AI features.

Major AI-powered features are scheduled for the One UI 7.1

A well-reliable tipster, Chunvn8888, shared a text post on X, claiming that Samsung will implement most Galaxy AI features with the One UI 7.1 software version instead of One UI 7.0. He also mentioned the features that were rumored to arrive with One UI 7, like AI summary and AI emoji, now to arrive with One UI 7.1.

He also highlights that the official beta update is all set to roll out next week. However, the fan community was eagerly waiting for the One UI 7 to experience more advanced Galaxy AI features, and for that the delay was acceptable, but that’s not the case anymore since the major and more advanced AI features are rumored to arrive with One UI 7.1.

The tipster mentioned claims that “very minor AI features are coming next week; the best are left for 7.1.”

This means that the One UI 7 will bring minor AI features just to expand the Galaxy AI ways next week, and the major countable AI-powered features are scheduled for the One UI 7.1. However, we are already close to next week, so it will be interesting to see exactly what new novelties the One UI 7 will bring.
