Samsung is gearing up to debut its next-generation flagship phone with the brand-new title under the S-series called Galaxy S25 Slim, which could feature a better camera than the standard Galaxy S25 and iPhone 17 Air.
Samsung usually introduces three variants in its Galaxy S-series, including base, plus, and ultra, but this time it is also planning to launch one more variant called Slim under its forthcoming Galaxy S25 series.
The Galaxy S25 Slim is expected to feature premium camera specifications as compared to the standard Galaxy S25 and the iPhone 17 Air.
It is being speculated by a post on X, shared by a well-reliable tipster, IceUniverse, claiming that Samsung is looking forward to equipping the Galaxy S25 Slim with a premium camera than the Galaxy S25 and iPhone 17 Air to stand strong against its rivals.
Whereas the standard Galaxy S25 is expected to feature the same camera setup as its predecessor, Samsung could improve the photography and videography experience with advanced AI-powered features and new techniques. Recently, the Galaxy S25 Slim camera specs surfaced online, according to which it could feature a 200MP HP5 primary, a 50MP 3.5x telephoto with AloP tech, and a 50MP ultrawide sensor.
However, Samsung has yet to reveal anything official regarding the upcoming series, but it’s highly anticipated to launch in early 2025 and run Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box.
