Samsung One UI 7 Promises a Standout Upgrade for Galaxy Users

Samsung strives to make its next One UI iteration, One UI 7, a massive software upgrade that will offer a more advanced and immersive user experience to the fans. While the Galaxy audience is eagerly waiting for One UI 7’s beta program to begin, they could expect a surprisingly distinctive revamp of Samsung’s One UI software.

With AI powering every single step, One UI 7 will offer a new and more sophisticated look to the Galaxy ecosystem. Meanwhile, Samsung has already clarified that the next software version will focus on three main elements: simplicity, incisiveness, and emotionality. As of now, tons of leaks and rumors have already ramped up online; even a few have been speculated by Samsung itself.

First things first, the redesigned Camera app. Although Samsung smartphones are known for their best camera setup, the company is making a major revamp to the camera app’s UI with One UI 7. The camera UI will now be more convenient and especially designed to use one-handedly, with additional camera modes placed inside the “More” option that have now shifted to the bottom of the screen and are now arranged in a bar that replaces the “+” button with the Edit button.

One UI 7 also brings new yet intuitive app icons that have already leaked a while ago and offers a more aesthetic vibe to the Galaxy owners. These apps include Samsung Phone, Samsung Internet, Gallery, Calculator, Samsung Cloud, Samsung Clock, Settings, Camera, and Messages. Moreover, Samsung will stick to more subtle yet aesthetic colors with impressive rounded edges.

Adding more convenience, especially for one-handed use, Samsung’s new One UI version will bring the app search bar to the bottom section of the screen, while it’s currently placed at the top. Thus, this new alignment will make it easier to scroll and find applications.

One UI 7 will strive to take the user’s experience to the next level as the company has already showcased more fluid and stunning animations that feel like butter when scrolling. At the same time, the opening and closing of the apps has also become faster and much more efficient than before with some newly added transitions and animation styles.

Alternatively, for faster multitasking, One UI 7 brings a change to the task manager screen, adding a more interesting yet improved revamp to the animations of closing all the recently used apps. Now, every app window has been arranged in a stacked manner, overlapping each other while also giving a nice blurry effect at the background of the recent apps. However, this arrangement is already available in the Home Up Good Lock module.

Lastly, a more sophisticated and comprehensive feature, the Circle to Search. With the One UI 7 version, Samsung probably aims to update the functionality of its Circle to Search feature, adding problem-solving capability for the students when doing homework. It could help students to complete their physics and math problems by taking screenshots of the question, and the feature will suggest some relevant answers, including formulas, graphs, and proper derivations.

Hence, Samsung is yet to release the exact date of the One UI 7 beta version, while, of course, the upcoming version will be more impressive with some outstanding performance and capabilities.
