One UI 7 Makes Live Activities More Prominent with Live Notifications

Samsung has done a great job with the One UI 7 update; the company has brought major changes and features that offer a whole new level of refreshment in terms of convenience and utilities. Live Notifications are also one of them, which aims to target more ease in tracking different activities on the phones.
What Live Notification feature serves?
Samsung One UI 7’s Live Notification feature actually highlights the services of applications and displays them in the dedicated notification panel. It shows the actual changes in services at the same time that are running via app services.
With this new functionality, Samsung has significantly prioritized the tracking of services from the notification panel itself.
For instance, if you are using the stopwatch feature via clock and go back to the home screen, the live stopwatch will be shown in the notification panel.

One UI 7 Live Notification Functionality
Apart from showing the live notification functionality, users can also expand them to the home screen for better control. To do that, you just need to tap on the pill-shaped notification at the top left corner. It will expand to the home screen.

It is worth noticing that you can also keep track of multiple notifications at the same time, and for more convenient control, if you keep them on the home screen, then you can easily switch to another by swiping them down.
For more continuation, the company has specifically introduced the Nowbar feature for the devices so users can track the live activities from the lock screen and AOD. However, in the AOD you can only see one live activity that you have kept on the lock screen before the AOD activation.
How to use One UI 7 Live Notifications?
The live notification feature is available for several application services, including Clock, Voice Recorder, Emergency Sharing, Samsung Health, Interpreter, Maps, Samsung Notes, and Bixby. The feature for these apps is active by default. However, you can disable it by simply going to the Now Bar menu through the Lock screen and AOD option. We hope that Samsung could expand the feature for more applications in the future, and it will be easily customizable through Now Bar settings.
