Snapdragon 8 Elite Powering Galaxy S25 Globally, Geekbench Confirms

The Samsung Galaxy S25 series is already anticipated to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset worldwide. Now, the Galaxy S25 (SM-S931B), based on the Snapdragon 8 Elite, has surfaced online on the Geekbench database.

Samsung has yet to reveal anything official regarding the Galaxy S25 series, but leaks and rumors have been blowing in the market for so long, revealing almost everything about the coming smartphones.

The Galaxy S25 series is about to launch on 22 January at the Galaxy Unpacked event. Now before the launch, the international variant of the Galaxy S25 based on Snapdragon 8 Elite is surfaced online on the Geekbench database for the first time, revealing the impressive performance.

Previously, the Korean and US variants of the Galaxy S25 surfaced on Geekbench; now the international variant also made its existence known on the certification. According to the Benchmark database, the Sing Core of the Galaxy S25 scored 2986,, and the Multi-Core scored 9355.

A well-reliable tipster, Tarun Vats, shared a post on X, revealing that the device just appeared on Geekbench. He also mentioned that the Snapdragon 8 Elite is officially confirmed for the vanilla (base) model in international markets, including India, Europe, and more.
