Samsung Galaxy A06 5G made its existence on Geekbench Database

Samsung is aggressively gearing up to expand its mid-range Galaxy A series by debuting more new devices under it. Currently, a new upcoming Galaxy A06 5G surfaced online on the Geekbench database.
Samsung has a bunch of Galaxy A-series smartphones to debut this year, including the Galaxy A56, Galaxy A36, and Galaxy A06. Presently, all of these smartphones are in the developing phase, but it’s expected that the brand could debut by the end of the first half.
The Galaxy A06 made its reach on the Geekbench database with the dedicated model number SM-A066B. The current listing revealed that Samsung will power the device with a MediaTek Dimensity 3600 chipset. According to the database, the Single-Core of the Galaxy A06 scored 731, and the Multi-Core scored 1816.
Apart from the scores, it’s also revealed that the device will run Android 15-based One UI 7.0 out of the box. It’s unclear whether it will be compatible with the Galaxy AI feature since it requires faster processors and is typically reserved for flagship models.
The smartphone is expected to feature a 6.7-inch PLS LCD with a refresh rate of 60Hz. The memory package could include up to 128GB of storage and 6GB of RAM. It could have a dual camera setup, including a 50MP wide lens and a 2MP depth sensor, and on the front side, an 8MP selfie camera could be housed.
However, the official specifications of the upcoming Galaxy A06 are yet to be confirmed, so it remains to be seen exactly what new novelties the device will bring.
