Most of Galaxy S25 Ultra’s Key Specifications Take Shape

Samsung is all set to debut its awaiting Galaxy S25 series at the Galaxy Unpacked event later this month. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is anticipated to be lighter than its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 Ultra, and have faster wireless charging.
Recently, Samsung released the official timeline for the Galaxy Unpacked event, which will be held on 22 January, at which it will debut the Galaxy S25 series and other products. Before the official launch, a new report disclosed the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s specifications and weight.
According to the new report, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature a lighter design and faster wireless charging. The tipster says that the device will weigh 219g, whereas the current Galaxy S24 Ultra weighs 233g. If this report comes true, then the coming Galaxy S25 Ultra will be lighter than its predecessor.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is likely to feature:

It has already been confirmed that the Galaxy S25 series will be compatible with Qi2 wireless charging. Reportedly, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will have 45W wired and 25W Qi2/PMA wireless charging support. The leak also revealed the measurement of the device, which is 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm.
It will feature a Dynamic AMOLED 2x screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz, HDR10+, and 2,600 nits of peak brightness. Samsung could make the Galaxy S25 Ultra available in 12B and 16GB RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage. It will be interesting to see whether these leaked specifications will come into existence.
