Samsung is eyeing the Galaxy A36 5G and Galaxy A56 5G to launch after the Galaxy Unpacked event. Both the mid-range devices are anticipated to feature faster charging support as compared to the flagship Galaxy S25 (base) model.

Samsung is all set to launch the Galaxy S25 series this month. The base variant of the series (Galaxy S25) has recently been exclusively reported to have a 25W fast charging speed, while the plus and ultra models will have 45W fast charging support.

On the comparison side, the forthcoming mid-range Galaxy A36 5G and Galaxy A56 5G are expected to have 45W fast charging speed, which means that they will have fast charging support as compared to the flagship Galaxy S25 smartphone.

Currently, the Galaxy A36 5G and Galaxy A56 5G are spotted on the IECEE certification with the dedicated model numbers as reported by MySmartPrice. The certification revealed that both smartphones will support 10V 4.5A charging, hinting that it will feature 45W fast charging support.

Last year Samsung debuted the Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A55, both featuring a 5000mAh battery with the support of 25W fast charging. If this report comes true, then after being mid-range Galaxy devices, the Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A56 will surpass the latest-generation Galaxy S25 in terms of fast charging support.
