The update for Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra models can be easily recognized with their detectable version numbers: S901U1UES7EXL8S906U1UES7EXL8, and S908U1UES7EXL8. Simultaneously, the update is expected to reach the carrier-locked models shortly.

Meanwhile, the Android security patch for the January month, however, doesn’t bring any new features or changes; it primarily focuses on improving the overall safety of the system by integrating the various patches addressed from both Google and Samsung collectively. This in turn aims to offer a more safe and secure user experience while also protecting the device against potential threats and risks.

Alternatively, the update further adds stability to the overall system behavior and brings performance optimizations to provide efficient performance and functionality.
