Samsung’s New Patent Details Advanced Folding Angles for Galaxy G Fold

Samsung officially confirmed the existence of its very first Double Fold phone last month at the Galaxy Unpacked event, and now the latest patent for the device has surfaced online.
Samsung is working on its upcoming double-foldable smartphone, initially rumored to debut by the end of this year, but according to a new report, it could launch next year. Meanwhile, a new Double-Fold Patent showcases a closer look at folding angles and a peek at UI. It’s already revealed that Samsung will call its upcoming double-fold device Galaxy G Fold.
Samsung double-fold (Galaxy G Fold) patent has been spotted, which offers a detailed look at the device. According to the patent, the device has multiple cameras and a smart display system.
A total of four figures come into existence, out of which FIG. 1 shows a setup where the device can capture images from different angles. FIG. 6 dispalys a user interface that permits users to easily switch between cameras. The rest of the two, FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, highlight the device morphs when folded or unfolded.

Recently, it was reported that the forthcoming Galaxy G Fold will stand strong against the Huawei Mate XT; it will weigh the same 298 g as its rival. However, Samsung has yet to release any official details regarding the specifications and design of the Galaxy Z Fold.
