Samsung is a quarter away from debuting its next-generation foldable device; Galaxy Z Fold 7 and the CAD renders are already blowing online.
Samsung is supposed to debut the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 in the early second half of the year. Ahead of any official revelation, one of our reliable colleagues Androidheadlines, shared Galaxy Z Fold 7 renders along with some interesting specifications. Let’s take a closer look.
According to the report, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 will measure 158.4 x 143.1 x 4.5mm & 9mm when folded and is just 1mm thinner compared to its predecessor Galaxy Z Fold 6. Noticeably, it will be just 0.8mm thicker than the newly launched Galaxy S25 Ultra.

The notable increase in width hints that the cover screen will widen by 6.5 inches compared to the Galaxy Z Fold 6 which is 6.3 inches. It could feature an 8.2-inch screen compared to 7.6 inches in the predecessor, which is also a major size jump.
The device is expected to be powered with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and has a 4400mAh battery, which is still the same as the previous generation. The company is also anticipated to offer an upgraded 200MP main camera, however, it’s unclear whether it will be the same as the newly launched Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Since Samsung has yet to reveal the official specifications of the device, it remains to see whether these leaked details will come into existence.
