Galaxy G Fold could launch later Galaxy Unpacked event

Samsung is planning to debut its Galaxy G Fold (Dual-Fold) smartphone which is anticipated to skip the Galaxy Unpacked event dedicated to the latest foldable launch.

Samsung is supposed to debut a bunch of the latest foldable smartphones to debut to this year, including Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7, and Galaxy Z Flip FE. Apart from these three devices, the company is also rumored to launch its ever-first dual-foldable phone this year to maintain its leading legacy in the foldable market.

A few days back it was rumored that Samsung could debut the Galaxy G Fold alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 at the Galaxy Unpacked event, although, it doesn’t seem the case anymore, since a new report suggesting against this.

A reliable tipster Max Jambor, shared a post on X, claiming that the upcoming Galaxy G Fold could not launch alongside the seventh-generation foldable smartphones. However, Samsung has yet to reveal any official statement regarding this report, so for now, it’s difficult to predict the exact launch timeline. All of these launch rumors suggest that the company could debut the Galaxy G Fold anytime by the end of this year.

Previously, it was reported that the Galaxy G Fold could feature a triple-camera setup, including; a 200MP main, a 12MP ultra-wide, and a 10MP telephoto camera. It remains to see exactly what new novelties the brand will offer with the coming dual-fold phone.
