While the majority of the flagships have already been secured with the March 2025 security update in different regions, Samsung has finally started rolling out the latest patch for its current S series models, the Galaxy S25.

The latest One UI 7 (Android 15)-based software is now available for the Samsung Galaxy S25 series owners that significantly integrates the March 2025 security patch in the home country, South Korea, while it will expand to more eligible regions in a few days.

Specifically, the March security update for the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra has been recognized with the S931NKSU1AYC3S936NKSU1AYC3, and S938NKSU1AYC3 build numbers, respectively.

Meanwhile, the security patches are apparently meant to improve the device’s overall security and core functionality. The latest update is also similar to that; however, it doesn’t bring any major features and changes; rather, it primarily focuses on fixing all the security vulnerabilities that were addressed in the previous versions in order to offer a more safe and secure user experience, while also protecting the device against potential threats.

On the other hand, the update further adds stability to the entire system behavior and brings certain performance optimizations that will lead to efficient, smooth, and optimized functionality.

The update for the Galaxy S25 owners is now available, and thus they can download and install the latest version on their devices when available.
