Samsung is supposed to debut its next-generation flagship lineup, Galaxy S26, which is reportedly powered by its in-house Exynos 2600 chipset in the selected market.
Ritually, Samsung launches the latest smartphone each year in the Galaxy S lineup; for instance, this year, it launched the Galaxy S25 series, and next year will launch the Galaxy S26 series.
However, it’s quite early to discuss the Galaxy S26 series since the company is over half a year away from the launch. Despite that, leaks and rumors regarding the specifications, design, and chipset have already started blowing in the market.
Now, a reliable tipster, Jukanlosreve, shared a text post on X, revealing that Samsung will power the Galaxy S26 with an in-house Exynos 2600 chipset in Europe, whereas for the rest of the regions, it will go for Snapdragon again.
According to the report, the Exynos 2600 chip will be used for the Galaxy S26, but due to the yield impact on the 2nm process, it will potentially only be shipped in the European market.
