Samsung pushes March 2023 update for Galaxy S20 FE and Galaxy S21 in the UK
Being the largest manufacturer of Android devices, Samsung also dominates the software market. To maintain its dominance company always distributes timely updates. As of now, the company is busy serving new security updates for the Galaxy Devices.
The Korean giant has updated several Galaxy devices with March 2023 updates, including Galaxy S23, Galaxy S22, Galaxy S21, Galaxy S20 and more. Moreover, the high-end devices have received the update.
Now continuing to serve new updates now, Samsung is rolling out March 2023 session for Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S20 FE. The update is currently rolling out in the UK. These devices have already received the same update initially in other countries already.
The latest update can be identified by the build version numbers, which are different for each device, such as Galaxy S20 FE 5G getting the update with build version G781BXXS4HWC2, while the Galaxy S21 base, S21 Plus and S21 Ultra devices are getting the same update with these version numbers G991BXXS6EWBB, G996BXXS6EWBB and G998BXXS6EWBB respectively.
The March 2023 update is a minor form of update which brings a new security patch. It is a general Android security maintenance update that brings several new fixes which make your device security more strong. So users who own these devices are advised to install the update as soon as possible.

In detail, the latest update for the Galaxy A23 5G introduces a new battery protection feature that allows users to manage the application’s battery charging to prevent battery damage. The latest beta update is now live for all the eligible Pixel devices; more specifically, it has started rolling out to the Pixel 6 or nearby devices. The latest update is coming with the firmware version number AP31.240322.027. The latest update is coming with the same April 2024 security patch that has already arrived with previous updates. To check for the new version, you just need to go to the system settings, select software update, touch the system update, and tap the check for updates button. You may have to tap the button more than once to trigger the download, but if all this fails, then you can also manually install the update via official factory image files.
