With the purpose of providing a smooth and simple experience for Samsung consumers, Samsung Canada today announced the debut of the new Samsung Account My Page, which allows users to register their goods, verify prior and current purchases, request help, book repairs, and more. This feature is a one-stop shop for consumers to access help throughout and after their Samsung purchase.

Benefits that the new My Page offers consumers’ post-purchase requirements:
- Users may now arrange a walk-in or door-to-door repair for their registered Galaxy goods using the My Page.
- Contains personalized product suggestions for every future purchase, including recommended goods that improve your ecosystem experience with existing products, as well as advice to maximize trade-in value.
- My Page for TV/AV and digital appliances enables users to make a support request for their registered device with the press of a button, eliminating the need to enter model and serial number information.
- Tracking a repair has also been simplified; examine the status of any existing repair as well as the repair history of your registered product.
Using their serial number, a QR code scan, TV registration, or the Samsung Members app, Samsung consumers may easily register their items for a new or existing Samsung account. Users will enjoy a better repair experience as a result, including fast repair help, a complete repair history and progress updates, user manuals and product recommendations, and warranty confirmation.
