Samsung continues to roll out updates for its devices in the US. The latest software update brings Samsung’s One UI 5.0 and Android 13 to the unlocked Galaxy A53 5G in the United States. This new update brings major changes, such as improved performance, enhanced security, and new features.

If you’re in the US and have an unlocked Galaxy A53 5G, you can now update your phone to Android 13. The update is currently rolling out with version A536U1UEU4BWA5 and includes Samsung’s One UI 5.0 skin and the January 2023 security patch. However, Samsung has already released the update for the carrier-locked model in December 2022.

If you have yet to receive the update, you can check for it manually by going into Settings > Software update > Download updates manually. Keep in mind that it may take a few days for the update to roll out to all users.
