Samsung has improved a lot in terms of software updates; the company is very comfortable handling the new software updates, working more focused, and serving the updates at ideal timing. However, there still has a few issues that hold Samsung back a bit, is the limitation of servers, due to which the company delays a bit in giving updates.
Right now, the same is happening with these two Galaxy devices, i.e., Galaxy A32 5G and Galaxy A50. Both devices successfully grabbed the January 2023 update a few weeks ago in several countries worldwide. But now the devices are receiving the update in February. Let’s discuss the update according to the device.
Galaxy A32 5G
Galaxy A32 5G was launched in 2021 and came with Android 11 on board; as per the rescind developments, the device has received its second major update in the form of Android 13, and with this, the device is only eligible for only one android update in the future. However, the device will be eligible to receive some more security updates. Currently, the device is receiving the January 2023 update in Canada with firmware version number A326WVLS8CWA2.
The Galaxy A50 is also receiving the January 2023 security update with the firmware version number A505WVLSJDWA2; the Korean giant introduced the device in 2019 with Android 9.0 on board, later the device received two more Android updates and currently running on Android 11; however, the device is no longer eligible for further Android updates but still worthy for receiving some more Android security update.
