Carrier-locked Galaxy A53 gets March 2023 update in the US
Samsung is rapidly updating its Galaxy devices with March 2023 security patch. It seems that the company wants to complete the latest update rollout session as soon as possible; therefore, after updating its high-end devices, now Korean giant has expanded the update for midrange devices.
Notably, the carrier-locked variant of the Galaxy A53 5G device is now getting a new security patch as of March 2023 in the US. The European units of the device already received the update a few days ago.
Users who own Galaxy A53 5G can identify the latest update by its build version A536USQS4CWC2. The update is currently rolling out on Comcast’s network, which means users who are using Comcast-affiliated units will only be eligible to install the latest update for now. At the same time, it is expected that the update will be available on all other networks in the next few days.
