Samsung uses Galaxy Watch and Health app for ‘Health Project’

Samsung Electronics has announced the launch of its ‘Health Collaboration Project’ aimed at presenting new healthcare trends in everyday life through its eFood Hall. For this project, Samsung utilized the Galaxy Watch and the Samsung Health app and collaborated with Hyundai Green Food’s healthy food ‘Greeting.’

Utilizing Galaxy Watch and Samsung Health App for Personalized Health Services

The project aims to offer consumers integrated services ranging from smart healthcare to personalized diet management services. Users of the Galaxy Watch 5 series and Watch 4 series can conveniently measure their body composition at any time and check the results in the Samsung Health app. Based on the data measured at the eFood Hall, customers can purchase healthcare food that suits them.

The eFood Hall sells about 80 healthcare foods based on the three major nutrients tandanji (carbohydrates, proteins, and fats) in collaboration with nutrition experts from Hyundai Green Food. The platform also plans to further strengthen its expertise in healthcare food by introducing specialized diets for diet control and disease-specific diets during the first half of the year.
