Apparently, at the moment, it is available in Canada, the USA, India, Germany, France, Australia, Malaysia, Russia, Ukraine, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Italy; it is expected that deployment will begin in the rest of the markets very soon. However, the update was first available for South Korean users a couple of days ago.
