AT&T Galaxy Note 20 gets Image Clipper feature with in the US
Samsung has rapidly distributed the April 2023 security patch update for Galaxy devices worldwide, but due to carrier restrictions, the company always performs slowly in terms of new software updates; however, now the company is uploading the units of Galaxy Note 20 series devices.
The carrier-locked units of Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra are getting the April 2023 security patch update. Currently, it is rolling out on the AT&T network in the US. Users can easily identify the latest update by the firmware version number N98*USQU4HWD1 (where * represents the model number which is different for each model).
It is worth noting that the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has already received the April 2023 security update in other countries belonging to the Asian and European regions. The update is also available in the Us for the unlocked variant.
The April 2023 security update is one of the common updates which includes fixes regarding the issues and enhances the overall security of the device. Apart from these, the changelog also mentions the improvements to Camera and Gallery. This indicates the availability of a new Image Clipper feature.
How does Image Clipper work?
The Image Clipper is an interesting feature that was initially available in the Galaxy S23 Series devices. This feature allows you to separate the images of objects which are present in the photos. To do this, you have to touch and hold the object until it shows options, then click any of these options and use the image.

Samsung Galaxy smartphone users can easily update their devices by following these steps:
- Go to the device settings
- Then click on the software updates button
- Now tap on download and install
- wait until the search is finished,
- If it shows the security update is available, tap on the install button,
- It will start downloading and get installed automatically.
