Galaxy A52 and A52s updated to June 2023 security patch
Samsung has commenced the distribution of the June security update for the Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A52s across Mexico and other countries in Latin America.
Reports from Samsung’s forums indicate that these devices are receiving firmware versions A525MUBS6DWE2 and A528BXXS4EWE2. As usual, the security update includes both fixes released directly by Google and other specifications for Galaxy devices: this month, it is specifically a total of 61 fixes, 50 released directly by Big G and 11 by Samsung.
The changelog for this update also mentions improvements in the reliability of Samsung’s proprietary software. As anticipated, the distribution of the security update is taking place gradually in batches. Therefore, the update may take some time to become available on your device.
The above, therefore, represents what we know about the latest monthly security update; as mentioned, the Korean company has already started the release of the update on some devices, which will be followed by all the others compatible over the next few weeks.
The brand’s latest flagship, the Samsung Galaxy S23, should also receive the long-awaited camera upgrade; we just have to wait to find out more.
