Galaxy S23 FE will be the first Samsung phone to ship with Android 14 and One UI 6.0
Although Samsung may be the best at regularly updating its smartphones and tablets with the most recent version of Android, it is rarely the first to introduce products with the most recent version of Android pre-installed. For instance, the Galaxy S21 FE, which debuted in January of last year, was the first Galaxy phone to run on Android 12. Owners of Galaxy smartphones and tablets will be anticipating the Android 14 and One UI 6.0 updates this year.
In contrast to the Galaxy S23 series, which debuted earlier this year and is only powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chip, Samsung appears to be reversing course with the Fan Edition version of S23. Previous reports revealed that Galaxy S23 FE will be powered by the Exynos 2200 processor, 50MP rear camera and storage space of 128 and 256 GB. The Galaxy S23 FE is expected to be the first Samsung phone to come along with Android 14 and One UI 6.0.
Several models from the Galaxy S series, Z series, Tab series, M series, F series and A series have proven eligible Android 14 One UI 6.0 update.
- Galaxy S series – Galaxy S23, S22, S21, S21 FE
- Galaxy Z series – Galaxy Z Fold 4, Flip 4, Fold 3, Flip 3
- Galaxy Tab series – Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S7 FE

Android 14 features that can be expected with Samsung One UI 6.0 are:
Back arrow – If gesture navigation is enabled on your phone, you will see a back arrow encased in a bubble on the edge of the screen when you swipe from the left or right edge of the display to go back. Provides dynamic theming.
Consistent and Superior sharing – The sharing menu now has customised actions, and now it will be simpler to access various sharing options within an app.
Language preferences – The OS in opening the keyboard aids the same language as the one used by the current programme. Other features include secure services, a transparent navigation bar and a nearby share option.
Samsung should make these major changes in One UI 6.0 with Android 14
