Galaxy S23’s camera-centric June update expanding in several European countries
Samsung has now rolled out the June 2023 security update for the Galaxy S23 series devices. The latest update includes a new security patch with some significant camera features and fixes. Let’s know which type of changes will be available after the update.
As previously anticipated, the latest June 2023 security update is coming with some important changes for the camera, such as now you will get the 2X zoom functionality for portrait mode. Apart from this, you will get improvements in these features: Night mode, One UI transition animations, haptic feedback, and also fixes autofocus issues.
Earlier, the update was available in some South Asian countries, including Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines, and now it is rolling out in Europe. The update will carry the software package of 2.2 GB. Users can identify the latest update of the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra with firmware version S911BXXU2AWF1, S916BXXU2AWF1, and S918BXXU2AWF1 respectively.
Previously reported, that Samsung would delay the expansion of the June 2023 update for Galaxy S23 after serving the South Asian countries. It is also claimed that the company will release the update with a new firmware version, but it may not happen in Europe.
