Canada: Galaxy Z Fold 3, Flip 3, Fold 2, and Note 20 upgrade to June 2023 security patch

Samsung has almost reached the update completion of the devices for June 2023 security update; however, some devices still remain to get the update. Now the company is expanding June 2023 to hose devices, including Galaxy Note 20 series, Galaxy Z Fold3, Galaxy Z Flip3, and Galaxy Z Fold2 5G.

Notably, all the above-mentioned devices are getting the new update in Canada. The Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra are getting new with these firmware versions N981WVLU4HWF1 and N986WVLU4HWF1, respectively.

Galaxy Z Fold 3, Flip 3, and Fold 2 June 2023 Update In Canada

The Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 are getting a new update with these firmware versions, F926WVLU3FWF2 and F711WVLU4FWF2, respectively. While the Galaxy Z Fold 2 is receiving the same update with firmware version F916WVLU3JWF1.

According to the official changelog, the June update brings some performance and security improvements; it indicates that the update doesn’t carry any significant changes for the device. This will be a general security patch update.

For more information, the June 2023 security patch aims to fix over 60 security vulnerabilities; it will prevent your device from cyber-attacks and also give extra protection to your privacy. Samsung has also fixed some internal function issues which are related to Exynos baseband, CC Mode, Knox ID, and many more.

Additionally, the changelog also said that the change in terms and conditions are now revised; when you install the latest update on your device, your device will come under a new policy.
