Galaxy S20 FE 5G gets July 2023 security update in several European countries
Over a week ago, Samsung rolled out the July 2023 security update for its most popular premium mid-range Galaxy S20 FE in Ibero-American countries. Now the update reaches the European markets.
The Korean tech giant has released the update for July 2023 for the popular mobile debutant in its series, Galaxy S20 FE 5G, starting in several European countries such as the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Greece, Czech Republic, Poland, Portugal, Bulgaria, and the Netherlands, although, in the coming hours, more regions will receive it.
The latest firmware version for the Galaxy S20 FE 5G is G781BXXS7HWF3, with a download size of 300 MB. This firmware update, known as the July 2023 security patch, brings several enhancements to the device. Primarily, it focuses on improving performance and stability. Additionally, it addresses various vulnerabilities that have been detected, with a total of over 90 issues fixed. Among these, 52 vulnerabilities are related to Google, while 38 are specific to Samsung.
