Samsung One UI 5.1.1 update available for Galaxy Tab S8 and Galaxy Z Fold 4
Samsung is working very appreciably in the field of software updates, as yesterday the company just announced the One UI 5.1.1 update for its eligible Galaxy devices, and now it has brought the update for its two high-end Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Tab S8.
Samsung serves the One UI 5.1.1 update with several new enhancements.
One UI 5.1.1 is the latest skin update, which is primarily made for large-screen devices. The update brings a lot of new enhancements to the system-level apps and other apps, including Multitasking, Taskbar, Flex Mode, Quick share, Samsung Health, camera, and Gallery.

Galaxy Tab S8 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 are grabbing the One UI 5.1.1 update in Europe
Samsung is rolling out the One UI 5.1.1 update to the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Tab S8 series in Europe. For identification, users check the firmware version of their devices. The Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8+, and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra are getting new updates: X706BXXU5BWH6, X806BXXU5BWH6, and X906BXXU5BWH6. The Galaxy Z Fold 4 is grabbing the update with firmware version F936BXXU4DWH5.
It is worth noticing that the new update for the Galaxy Tab S8 includes the July 2023 security patch. While the Galaxy Z Fold 4 is getting an update on the August 2023 security patch.
How to update
Users should start getting notifications about the update. If you have received the notification and want to install the update, then follow the below steps:
- Open the system settings.
- Tap on the software update menu.
- Touch the first option, “Download and Install.”
