Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Fold 3 have started getting September 2023 updates in the US
Samsung is very actively expanding the September 2023 update for the Galaxy device in different regions. According to the information, the September 2023 update is now live for both variants of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Fold 3. The locked variants are now getting the update on several carriers, including T-Mobile, Xfinity (Comcast), Spectrum Mobile, and MetroPCS. Apart from these, the update is also available for the unlocked variants.

Users who own the locked variants of the Z Flip 3 and Fold 3 are getting a new update with firmware version numbers F711USQS5GWH9 and F926USQS5GWH9 respectively. The unlocked variants of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Fold 3 are getting new updates with version numbers F711U1UES5GWH7 and F926U1UES5GWH7, respectively.
