Samsung rolls out October 2023 update to the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S21 in Europe

The October 2023 update is the latest security patch update for the Galaxy devices. It is coming as an improvement update that doesn’t bring any new features or novelty for the device but fixes a lot of new enhancements for the device. Samsung has already updated several devices and is expanding it to more devices.

After giving the new security patch to beta-eligible devices, the company has now rolled out the update for all other devices, like the October 2023 update live for Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S22 devices, and both devices are getting new updates in Europe. It is expected that the update will be available in other parts of the world as well.

The Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra are getting new updates with firmware version numbers G991BXXS9EWIA, G996BXXS9EWIA, and G998BXXS9EWIA, respectively.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra are receiving the same update with the firmware version numbers S901BXXS6CWI1, S906BXXS6CWI1, and S908BXXS6CWI1, respectively.
