The upcoming rugged smartphone was spotted on the geekbench listing, which was discovered by the source, MySmartPrice. The Galaxy XCover 7 gadget bears the model number SM-G556B. In both single-core and multi-core tests, the smartphone received scores of 663 and 1867, respectively. 6GB of RAM and Android 14 are also confirmed by the Geekbench listing. Since both SoCs share similar cores, the device’s CPU is most likely going to be the MediaTek Helio G99; however, it might possibly be the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ if it turns out to be the 5G edition. As the model number seems to suggest that it is a 5G variant, the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ will most likely power up the gadget. It is also notable that the next Galaxy A15 5G will contain the same processor.

The processor is a TSMC-made 6nm CPU that functions similarly to the MediaTek Helio G99 in 5G. Two 2.2GHz ARM Cortex-A76 CPU cores, six 2GHz ARM Cortex-A55 CPU cores, and an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU are all included in it.
