Android Auto grabs a new notification feature with the 11.2 stable update

Google has recently released a new 11.2 beta update for Android Auto. At the time of its arrival, the company followed the same tradition and didn’t share any significant information about the update, but when users started using it, some new changes were spotted. Initially, it was reported that there would be a new interface change for the Google Assistant. Now, moving forward, there is one more innovation spotted in the notification with the stable update.
Android Auto 11.2 stable update now available
Android Auto provides a plethora of services on the car display, and there will be several types of notifications when some of the user’s personal information, some of which may be related to different services built into Android Auto, is indicated. Previously, it was indicated in a numeric form, but now the company has introduced a simple indicator that only shows a dot.
It is not clear what the main motive of Samsung’s decision to replace the previous indicator with a new one is. One of the possible reasons behind this change may be the intent to provide more safety to the users while removing the element. However, the numerical indicator is also useful in its place.
The availability of this feature may be limited to some users because the previous features have also not been distributed to all the users, which include the Google Assistant interface, a new notification counter, and ‘cancel” and “send” buttons for interactive text messages, which indicate that these features don’t affiliate with any particular version. But if you want to take the opportunity to use the feature in the initial phase, then you should always keep it up-to-date. To get the latest update, you can check it out on the Galaxy Store, or you can also sideload the latest version of the application through this link.
