Last month, Samsung announced its Galaxy S24 series with monster features, branded specifications, decent design, and a remarkable camera upgrade. But now some hardware camera issues are creating inconvenience.

The Galaxy S24 series includes the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra. Now, some of the users of Galaxy S24 Ultra are claiming the camera hardware issues. As per users’ claimsusers’ claims, the images on the screen shift abnormally while zooming in or out.

This is speculated by a post on X, formerly Twitter, shared by @smasithick, which stated, “Anybody is facing image shift issue while zooming from 1x to 5x in #GalaxyS24Ultra?”

By this statement it is clear that he is facing a kind of inconvenience while zooming from 1x to 5x for capturing images. He also mentioned that portraits of Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphones are also grainy. 5x and 10x auto images are dull and grainy. Being a young generation flagship device, its camera should perform seamlessly, especially with nearby objects, but unfortunately, the users are not experiencing seamless and flawless performance.

However, the Korean tech giants agreed to replace the defective unit. Also, regarding this issue, the head of the Samsung service centre replied that the brand was already aware of this issue, explained that it exists on several smartphones in the first batch and added that Samsung fixed it in the second batch but that it still decided to sell out the defective units.

Per the reports, the defect may not be limited to Indian units since the user claims he also received reports from Thailand and Spain regarding the same issue. Currently, Samsung has not acknowledged the issue, but the brand is expected to solve it soon.
