Samsung has recently released its latest flagship device in the Galaxy S series, the Galaxy S24 series. With these devices, the company has introduced its latest One UI 6.1 update, which includes several new features that have grabbed the attention of several users, and this time the company has managed to set a record for pre-orders.

However, the company isn’t successful in providing finished products as some users have already reported issues. The fresh issue that surfaced on the internet is the vividness of colors on the screen.

Samsung could release the next update to fix the vivid color profile settings

According to the reports, several users claimed that when they switched from the natural color to the vivid color scheme, it didn’t work as it should. In comparison to the predecessor Galaxy S24 Ultra, the colors on the screen of the Galaxy S24 Ultra are faded.

The problem only arrives when the users switch the color setting to vivid, while in the natural color, the screen is working fine. The problem is not only limited to the ultra variant, but it is also seen in the other models too.

After receiving a flood of complaints, Samsung has decided to provide a dedicated update to fix the issues. According to the Ice Universe, Samsung will bring a new slider under the white balance setting, which will let you adjust the vividness of the colors. It was expected that Samsung could bring the fix with the upcoming February 2024 security update.

As Samsung has already started rolling out a new security patch and given the update to many devices, it is expected that in the next couple of days the update could be available for the Galaxy S24 series devices.
