Google Is Working On New Cross-Device Feature For Android
Google has already started setting up to introduce new cross-device features for Android smart devices in 2023, and the work is still under development. The recent reports are revealing something new regarding cross-device features.
It is being speculated by a well-known tipter that the feature has now made some progress in development. Apart from this, it has also come to be known that Google is also gearing up to announce a new blocking feature for Android smartphones.
The new cross-device feature of Android will permit users to move calls from one device to another or even automatically share internet connections with other devices as soon as they need to.
The tipster also mentioned in the post on X, formerly Twitter, that it also used to show dummy devices in the list, but it now fetches devices from the user’s Google account. However, at the moment, it is not clear yet when the feature might be released, but it’s expected that it will take the floor along with the next feature drop in March.
Apart from all these, Google is also working on a new “Auto-Lock” for Android. Although there is only the new menu item, its description informs that “Lock the device automatically” without providing any further details.
