Samsung provides several services that directly help maintain health. The company has closed the integration of its devices and software to make a whole ecosystem that supports users to get several types of utility options, especially the Korean giant’s very appreciative work in the health section, where it has integrated smartphones and Galaxy watches to work together. Moving forward, Samsung is also bringing a new gadget, the Galaxy Ring, for more enhancement features.

In the last few weeks, some reports emerged that claimed to provide the upcoming features for the Galaxy Ring. According to the information, the upcoming device will be capable of monitoring ECG and blood flow measurements.

If this happens, then it is right to say that with the latest update, the company is trying to bring an intelligent healthcare platform in which other devices can also converge on the autonomy of a smart ring with its compatibility with other devices.

According to the latest report, the Galaxy Ring will play an important role in maintaining user health by supporting them in terms of food. Going into detail, the ring will work with Samsung Food, a service that offers personalized recipes, and Samsung e-Food Hall, a platform to buy groceries. With this integration, Galaxy Ring will be able to suggest meals based on your health data and fridge contents and even order missing ingredients automatically.

Samsung is setting up to start a new smart wearable series by introducing the ever-first Galaxy Ring at the Galaxy Unpacked Event in July.

Initially, Samsung teased the fan community at the last Galaxy Unpacked event held in January this year by showcasing a tiny trailer of the Galaxy Ring, and now finally, the brand is about to launch the Galaxy Ring at the next launch event. From the initial tease to the leaks and rumors that have revealed tons of fuss regarding the design and specs of the ring,.

It is expected that the forthcoming Samsung Galaxy Ring as of now could be priced at nearly RS 35k in India, which means that in the U.S. it will be around $300 to $350. This is being speculated by a tipster on X who shared a post and stated the expected price of the ring. Somehow, it seems that this price range will put it in competition against the Oura Ring 3, which starts at $299 for its Heritage variant and goes up to $549 for its Rose Gold Horizon variant.

Although accessing the full range of features on the Oura Ring 3 also requires a subscription of $71.88 per year, Samsung has not announced whether the Galaxy Ring will also ask for any subscription plan to access some exclusive features housed on the Galaxy Ring. The report says that the tipster also claims that the Galaxy Ring could arrive with a monthly subscription that is “under $10” in the US market.

However, Samsung has yet to unveil the official pricing and subscription details, so it will be interesting to see whether this cost prediction will come true or not.
