Samsung launched the Galaxy Note 20 series back in 2020. It debuted with Android 10. Later,  the device grabbed three major updates, and now it has reached the limit with Android 13. However, as per policy, the device will still be eligible to get some updates in the form of security patches, so following the policy, Samsung has started delivering the April 2024 security patch for the Galaxy Note 20 series smartphones.

Notably, the update for Galaxy Note 20 series devices is getting an April 2024 security patch update with the firmware version number N98*BXXSAHXD1. It comes with a software package of 201.78 MB.

The April 2024 security update is a general security patch that doesn’t bring any significant changes, but it will bring some functional changes that increase the overall security of the devices.

It is worth noting that Galaxy Note 20 series devices are no longer eligible to get any feature-full updates, but these devices still have the potential to handle today’s software facilities, so if you want to get constant experience on your smartphone, then you should update it to the latest version.

If you are using a Galaxy Note 20 series device in Brazil, then you should start getting the update notification, and then you can check for the update via the software update menu via system settings.
